Small Groups
When: Sunday - Thursday at various times
Where: Locations all over Knoxville and Maryville
A Small Group is a group of six to eight individuals of the same gender that meet weekly (your preference on time and location).
Our goal: No one stands alone.
It is in the Small Group where people study God’s Word together and are in a small enough environment to tackle the tough questions and the challenges of life. It is also where they pray and care for one another and are missed if they don’t show up. Whether you’re a Christian or not, seeking the things of God or just skeptical, we’d love for you to give Small Groups a try.

The Crawl
When: Sunday mornings, 10:45-11:30 a.m.
Where: The Apex – on Sevier Heights’ main campus
The Crawl is a slower Walk with time to connect.
Our goal: To create an environment in which participants from The Walk are able to get to know each other better.
This is the perfect setting to develop friendships. Each Sunday we gather in the Apex and hang out while grabbing a bagel and catching up on what’s been going on. This is followed by a brief time of worship and Bible study.
The Walk - Ways to Serve
Small Group Leader: A Small Group leader is responsible for organizing and hosting a Small Group one night a week. The Small Group doesn’t necessarily have to be in your home, and you don’t have to prepare any lessons. Simply be prepared to lead. You don’t have to have a lot of time, just a servant heart. Even if you aren't sure about leading or still have questions, email us.
Food Team: The Food Team will help with all of the food preparation and decorating for which we are notorious. All it requires is a few extra minutes to help before and after college events. This team is what makes the college ministry really feel like your grandma's kitchen! To help us out, send us an email.
Welcome Team: This is the first contact guests will receive in our ministry. This team is responsible for making sure everyone feels like they belong as soon as they walk in the door. The welcome ministry is required to arrive a few minutes early, smile and be friendly. Send us an email if you’re interested in the Welcome Team.
Media Team: The purpose of the Media Team is to communicate messages in fresh, exciting, and effective ways. Technical and creative minds are welcome to unleash here. With several ways to serve in the production ministry, we always have a fun project waiting. Email us to find out more about what you can do.
