“I hail from west Tennessee. I was born and raised in Alamo, a very small town in Crockett County. It is a great place to live and grow up, and I miss my family a lot, especially my niece, Katelin. But…I am loving life here in East Tennessee. You’ll often find me out riding the rapids on a nearby river or racing down the side of a mountain in the winter. Since I’m also a teaching assistant at the University of Tennessee, the rest of my time is spent studying, conducting research, and teaching labs. A few years ago I became the ’sound guy’ for the Walk Band, and I continue to help out with a lot of the media at the Walk. The greatest joy in my life is having the opportunity to see hundreds of young adults enter into a true worship experience every week at the Walk.”
